Some of the main points from the WMF Plan of Action for 2022 include an increased effort to strengthen the governance structure, opening hosting applications for future WMF events, improving training programs for referees and coaches, upgrading conditions for WMF events, and increasing the number of competitions around the world.
The Canadian Minifootball Federation would also like to welcome the 12 teams that were granted membership to the WMF during the General Assembly. Those teams are Brazil, Guatemala, Great Britain, Thailand, Ecuador, Gabon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Netherlands, Zambia, Chile, and Nigeria.
